We also built a fully custom subscription tunnel with dynamic product compatibility logic, replacing off-the-shelf app limitations with a tailored purchase flow.

For Cimalp, the project included a full migration from Prestashop to Shopify Plus, paired with Shopify POS to unify online and in-store retail. We built a fully custom loyalty program from scratch, complete with tiered rewards and a 3D interactive mountain that visualizes each customer's progress, all powered by Shopify automations rather than a third-party app.

For Popote, the project included a full migration from WooCommerce to Shopify for a high-volume subscription business processing hundreds of daily orders. We built a fully custom subscription builder on top of Recharge, letting customers assemble and adjust their own baby food packs at any time, along with quick-add tools for fast reordering on the product listing page.

La Petite Épicerie

For La Petite Épicerie, the project included a full migration and redesign from Prestashop to Shopify, with a fully custom theme spanning 15 templates and separate B2C and B2B storefronts. We also connected Shopify POS for the brand's physical retail locations and rebuilt the site's tutorial-to-product cross-linking from scratch, a feature not natively supported by Shopify.
